My approach is to come alongside and help you through your difficult situation from a non-judgmental perspective, at a pace you set. During this process, I can help you improve your sense of well-being, gain insight, and appreciate yourself more fully. Hopefully along the way, you will gain a greater sense of clarity with the peace and freedom to be yourself. If you have Christian beliefs, they can be incorporated into the sessions.

My Specializations

I am a Certified EMDR therapist and Consultant in Training through EMDRIA and have extensive training in therapeutic techniques to address PTSD, Developmental Disorders, and Complex Trauma. I have additional training in Gottman Technique and Critical Incidence Stress Management (CISM).
