Planning for your care:

• Many insurance plans do not cover non-medically necessary issues. Most insurance plans do not cover marital or relationship counseling.

• Some people plan for 4-6 weekly sessions, followed by 2-4 biweekly sessions, and 1-4 monthly sessions thereafter. Some people plan for additional sessions. Plan according to your schedule and budget.

• Sessions are 45-55 minutes each; the first session is 55-65 minutes.

 

Fees for self-pay: $150 for the first session; $140 per individual session

 

Insurance: In-network or out of network?

• In-network means I am a credentialed provider and will file claims with your insurance company through Headway. Co-pays are paid at the time of your session.

  • A diagnosis will be made and sent to the insurance carrier.

  • Please complete the insurance section on the intake form.

• Out of network "OON" means I am not credentialed with your particular insurance company. I can provide a “super bill” for you to provide them for possible reimbursement.

• I do not take Medicare plans.

 

Through Headway, I am an in-network provider for these insurance plans:

Aetna, BCBS, UnitedHealth, Cigna.
